Chem. [See -URET; cf. sulphuret.] A primary combination of arsenic with another element; for which, in recent chemical nomenclature, ARSENIDE is generally used. Hence Arseniuretted a., combined with arsenic, chiefly in Arseniuretted hydrogen (= arsenic trihydride, AsH3), for which Watts uses ARSENETTED (cf. sulphur-etted).
