Ch. Hist. Also Arnaldist. A follower of Arnold (or Arnaldus) of Brescia, a reformer of the 12th century.

1846. W. Hague, Baptist Church Transplanted, 789. His principles long survived him, and Arnoldist, became another name for a friend of liberty and religion.
