1722. D. Coxe, Carolana, 28. All their Soldiers, and the Majority of the Inhabitants, are Forc’adoes or forc’d People, having been Malefactors in some Parts of Mexico, therefore are confin’d in that Place for a Number of Years, according to the Nature of their Crimes.
