1833. J. B. Gilchrist, in Caledonian Mercury, 11 July, 3/5. They [Homæopathists] have seldom lost more than six or ten per cent. of their patients, who were seized with cholera, while the Allopathists (their opponents) were frequently minus thirty, nay fifty per cent. at least.
