Path. [corresp. to a Gr. type *κυλίνδρωμα n. of result, f. κυλινδρόειν to roll.] A name applied by Billroth to a certain kind of tumor, characterized among other peculiarities by the arrangement of its cells in cylinders of varying thickness.
