1671. Phil. Trans., No. 69. 2098, cited in Chambers, Cycl. Supp. (1753), who says, Bonny, a name given by our miners to a bed of ore not forming a vein, nor communicating with any other vein . They differ from the squats only in being round beds of ore, whereas those are flat.
